Web Programmer/Designers - 6 (SIX)
Our dynamic creative design client firm is seeking
6 web developer/programmer + graphics designers for immediate hire. These are full-time positions in Kailash Colony, Delhi and will work closely with the Creative Team and Internet Marketing Team to create, review, and maintain all aspects of our client’s websites and applications.
You will work closely with content management, technology, and marketing leaders to create and maintain a unified, customer driven direction. You are solutions oriented with the ability to multi-task and make quick, innovative, and creative changes based on feedback from team leaders.
Our Clients' websites consist of Landing Pages, Wordpress Blog Sites, Joomla or Drupal Content Management sites with accompanying MySQL databases. A significant amount of work is also done on ASP.NET and PHP.
We're looking for persons who are meticulous about the quality of his/her websites and designs, yet at the same time can create web mockups VERY quickly while in a high-pressure deadline oriented environment. You should have expert-level skills in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Web 2.0.
Your creativity is tempered with a keen logic that qualifies you to not only design sensational websites in record time, but to develop them into CSS/XHTML based layouts as well. You keep all the slicing and dicing in mind when you're designing for the web, and PHP or .NET and databases are one of your favorite things in life!
You teach yourself new tricks and keep your skills current on your own time, because you are just that passionate about web design and programming.
Skills and Responsibilities for Web Developers
- 2-5 years experience in web development, interactive design, usability or related field
- Execute high quality web development for all websites
- The ideal candidate should have good experience developing and maintaining multiple websites
- Work closely with content management, web usability to develop designs that meet the goals of the site design and maintain a flawless user experience
- In-depth knowledge of standards-based web development and accessibility requirements
- Advanced level experience in Dreamweaver and Photoshop is necessary
- In-depth knowledge of PHP, XHTML, CSS (CSS1, CSS2 and CSS3), JavaScript, and XML markup and standardization practices
- Related skills include Adobe Creative Suite, Ajax, JSP, ASP, PHP, XML, XSL/XSLST
- Experience in utilizing different types of Content Management Systems especially Joomla or Drupal
- Templates Development and implementation for Joomla or CMSMS
